In addition to extensive HR expertise, gained at every level and across a wide of variety of sectors, Ruth started up and co-managed a retail business.  Latterly, Ruth worked alongside John & Diana Fenton in The Personnel Consultancy Limited. Established by John in 1995, Ruth had worked with The Personnel Consultancy as both an associate and as a client.  In February 2020 Ruth joined as HR Lead just as the global pandemic took off (timing is everything!). When the Fenton’s made the decision to retire in July 2023, Ruth took the opportunity to rebrand as The HR Consultancy Ltd.
